Present at this event were Director General Tran Van Thinh of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (PETROLIMEX) , Chairman of Board of Management of PECO Do Huu Tao

Representatives on the Japanese parties were Mr. Tatsuya Aoyagy, Director of International Marketing Department of Tatsuno Corporation, Mr. Takayuki Uruta, Director of Machines and Electronics Department of Nomura Trading

The contract is the renewal and furtherance of the contract signed between Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (now Vietnam National Petroleum Group) with Japanese partners, By this agreement, the Japanese partners will assist in technique and technology for Petrolimex to proceed with SKD and the localization program of IKD for high quality oil pumps. under the brand name of TATSUNO.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General of Petrolimex Tran Van Thinh highly valued the effective cooperation between Japanese partners and Petrolimex and Peco and expressed his belief that the parties will continue the good cooperation. in the IKD phase for oil pumps as planned and supply to market products of good quality (highly durable and highly accurate), at reasonable price , meeting the demand of oil market in Vietnam.
