A significant milestone in 2025 was the Group's implementation of a new brand identity system across the entire network. The new brand image inherits the traditional values that have been affirmed over more than seven decades of formation and development, while reflecting Petrolimex's spirit of innovation, modernity, and aspiration for integration in this new phase of development.

On 10th April 2025, Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) became the first large-scale stateowned enterprise in Vietnam to be honored to receive a Certificate of Confirmation of Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report according to ISO 14064-1:2018 for greenhouse gas emission inventory activities from the British Standards Institute (BSI).

Since 2024, Petrolimex has been implementing a carbon credit generation project from the distribution of water purifiers, with an expected output of approximately 50,000 credits, equivalent to a reduction of 50,000 tons of CO₂e.
