Joint Ventures

Open door and integration is the course of action of Petrolimex . Two joint ventures by Petrolimex in the production and blending of lubricants (BP-Petco, a joint venture with BP) and the production of detergent (PTN, a joint venture with Sojitz and Tayca groups of Japan) are operating very effectively, positively contributing to economic growth of Vietnam. The joint venture with Kuo Oil of Singapore in the construction and operation of a bonded oil terminal is a new development of Petrolimex, promising big potential. Besides, Petrolimex signed a number of contracts for technological transfer with foreign companies and is now looking for new partners to attract funding and modern technology from foreign countries with a view to further develop Petrolimex.
