On 28th September 2007, Mr. Bui Ngoc Bao was assigned as the Director General of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation. Before, he was concurrently a member of Board of Managements and a Deputy General Director. On behalf of Ministry of Industry & Trade, Mr. Nguyen Cam Tu – the Deputy Minister has announced the decision.
