Two joint ventures by Petrolimex in the production and blending of lubricants (BP-Petco, a joint venture with BP) and the production of detergent (PTN, a joint venture with Sojitz and Tayca groups of Japan) are operating very effectively, positively contributing to economic growth of Vietnam.
